Father Glen's
Hot Key Lime Pepper Jelly

Father Glen loves hot food. He also loves sweets, so being a good daughter JoMama made her daddy a special treat. Now he comes to visit a lot more often.

Jalapeno Peppers and Key Lime make this a spicy treat. Use on fish, shrimp, pork, lamb, rice & beans, make a dip with cream cheese, or eat on a bagel or toast.

Mango Mango Jelly is a true taste of the islands. JoMama made this jelly after a request from her Grandson Michael. Mango Mango Jelly is now a family favorite.

Daughter Julie likes it hot, but not too hot, so JoMama worked extra hard to create the perfect tropical salsa. JoMama would have made it by the barrel if she knew Julie was going to bathe in it.

This tropical garden salsa is great not only with chips, but use it to cook shrimp, mix in veggie or rice dishes, or over baked potatoes or pasta.

Mango Madness Hot Sauce

Mom loves Mango so much she flew down from Phoenix to make sure JoMama got it just right. She loves this and the Mango BBQ mixed together to make a great wing sauce. She's eating so much of it we are thinking of cutting her down to two cases a week. 

Medium hot sauce.  Eat on everything and anything.

Cousin Joe's
Blister Lips Hot Sauce

Being JoMama's #1 cousin she just had to make something special for Joe. With Mango, Key Lime and a lot of peppers we began. The result was a high end hot sauce good on every thing Joe likes to eat. When Captain Joe's not fishing off the Florida Keys he's eating Blister Lips on all his favorite foods.

This blend of mango, key lime and garlic is high end hot with real flavor.

Brother Bill's
Best Mango BBQ

Bill has three children and a wonderful wife so something is always cooking on the grill or in the oven. Brother and Sister put their heads together to create a sauce to keep the troops happy. Used on Pork, Beef, Chicken, Ribs, or Shrimp you won't get tired of this sweet mango flavor. Great for dipping, too.

Papaya Grilling Sauce and Marinade

Jill and Husband JR love to grill. While JoMama was up in Lakeland visiting we came up with a papaya marinade. Being a natural meat tenderizer we soon found it was great as a grilling sauce, too. Now when they call it's not for me to come see them, but to send more sauce.

Use this exotic fruit to tenderize all your favorite meat. Jill eats it on chips and french fries.  Also great in stir fry.
